Chef Introduction Interview
For this project, a distinguished NYC restaurant group wanted a quick video to introduce a new chef to their boucherie, L'Express. I spoke with the amazing and talented Chef Amitzur Mor over the course of 3 hours while he crafted delicious dishes and spoke about his passions for cooking, his inspirations and his motivations.
